Product delivery policy

Our products travel safely to any destination in Greece for free, with no minimum purchase limit. As long as the availability of the products you selected is checked, shipments are made within 24 hours from the day of your order, and are sent by DHL, a company (courier), for the fastest delivery to your location (in 1 to 2 days, depending on the region where you are & in all remote areas up to 5 days). Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday. You will be informed by e-mail about the progress of your order. Delivery times may increase in case of holidays.

Returns Policy
Order cancellation

In the event that you wish to cancel your order and since the product has not been shipped, you should contact the customer service department at 210 3392334 or at the e-mail If your order has been shipped, you can return it with the same courier. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Product returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 30 calendar days, justifying the reason for its return. The returned product must be in its original condition and you will bear the cost of returning it. To return a product, you must also send the retail receipt. that you received with the product. The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within one week from the date we receive the product. In case of cash on delivery, our company will deposit the amount of money into an account that you indicate to us.

Right of Replacement within 30 days

In order for the replacement to take place, the following actions must be taken within 30 days:

Return the product so that the return of the product can be accepted, but at the same time a possible change in color/number or other item can be made. In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.

The product you are returning must be unused and in its original packaging. If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to for a replacement or refund. Return/replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong shipment

If the customer received a product different from the one of his choice, he should inform the store or by phone or e-mail, respectively, based on the information listed in the “Contact” section of our website, within 3 days from receipt. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing it at no charge to the customer.
